Life in the millennium century - how challenging can it be?

It's the mid month of November and that's mean we only have another month and a half to 2019. Leaving another year and getting a year older. But what is really feels like living in the millennium century. Are we really the lucky ones for being the millennial generations? Or are we actually the killing generation with false advertising?

It's true that the millennial generation are equipped with more privileges and helpful technologies than those who lived before us. Communication become much easier, travelling seems to be limitless and so on. However, the current job market are getting more challenging than before, living cost are getting higher and relationships seems to be much tougher. Not to forget, the housing prices are also becoming insanely expensive.

The previous generation might seems lack of many things but in some way, they seems to have more benefits too. Relationship are also less complicated compare to nowadays, where we have social media like Instagram as relationship threats.

Sometimes, I do wonder what's like if I was born in the 60's. Living a youth life as a 70's teen. Enjoying the blues and the retro's music, waiting on love letters and more. Maybe I will be more adventurous like Amelia Earhart or someone who more creative than Steve Jobs. Or just some ordinary girl but with less complicated issues.

Until today, the questions are still running in my mind. Do I belong here? In this millennial era. I also wonder, is it true that we(millennial) are the golden generation? Or is it like some people say, "the millennium generation is the end of the world" ?

Wish you had a great Tuesday and goodnight.
XO, A.
